I had more alcohol last night than I've had in the last 8 months combined - and I fortunately did not make a fool out of myself or even get too drunk. I also danced (after drinking the alcohol) which I haven't done in at least 5 months.

One of my co-workers had an art opening with free alcohol, then we went to an Inside Out party. It was a very fun evening - I particularly enjoyed seeing all the cute girls. Of course nothing happened because on a scale of 1 to 10, my flirting skills are negative 15.

I'm now working my way through this season's Charmed episodes. Charmed is always good for fun entertainment as long as you don't want anything too thought-provoking or complex. I enjoyed Billy Zane's guest spot as Drake (in episodes from February), he brought a lot of fun energy to the show which has gotten bogged down by the sisters' unhappiness with the ceaselessness of their calling.

It was also fun when Julian McMahon (as Cole) was back for the 150th episode - I find him very sexy (although I've never gotten into Nip/Tuck because it's so bloody). I enjoy a character who is a bad boy struggling with redemption - Cole had that Spike quality to him. Although if I had to chose I'd watch the Jossverse version (even Angel) instead of the lesser Charmed version. I also have a fondness for Sawyer on Lost for similar reasons (fingers crossed he'll miraculously survive for next season).

I'm very excited because CTV starts airing Veronica Mars this coming week. The pilot will air on Monday May 30th at 9pm - then the 2nd episode (which I've never seen!) airs on Thursday June 2nd at 8pm. The episodes will continue to air on Thursdays at 8pm. I'm all about promoting Veronica Mars because it's such a fabulous show!!!
