I had always assumed Spike/Angel was a fact BEFORE it got confirmed. As a matter of fact, I was surprised that they claimed it only happened once. Me too!!

I'm definitely taking your advice and staying away from shipper wars. I tend to like all pairings anyway, as I can never pick just ONE favourite of anything!
